Hi Larry, thank you for the response. The camera is a Canon Eos, Rebel XT, DSLR. Not sure if it's JPEG or RAW. Looked on the camera but can't tell. However, I believe I might be having trouble with the camera cord. It's generating a lot of heat. I'll exchange the cord, try it again and then respond again. Thank you for your time Larry.
